Occupational Health Nurse/Advisor Directly Employed (Part Time Flexible Working)

This is a great opportunity to join our recently expanded business in a new role helping us to look after our people in a manufacturing environment.  This is dual-site role working at Leeming Bar and also at our sister company in Northallerton.

You will be responsible for carrying out appropriate health surveillance onsite and assisting in sickness absence case management, rehabilitation back to work, health promotion and other duties to give you a varied working week.

You must be experienced and confident in working autonomously, have excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to provide a full Occupational Health remit, and ideally have experience of working in a food production manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will be qualified to Diploma/Degree level, and hold current competency certificates in Audiometry, Spirometry, and HAVS 3 assessments.

Basic Hours – are flexible so can be family friendly (such as school hours/term time working only, annualised hours) and will be agreed with the successful candidate (maximum 20 hours per week)

Salary – Dependent on skills and experience, commensurate with role.

Holidays – 5.6 weeks per year rising as below
