Production Supervisor

We make an average of 1.5 million pies a week and are looking for an enthusiastic team player with a high regard for health and food safety, to join our Production team who are at the heart of making our tasty pies.

The successful candidate will be an experienced Supervisor who is flexible and comfortable in a leading role with a high regard for health and food safety at all times.  Capable of communicating effectively at all levels, a self-starter, able to work on your own initiative; you must be good with figures and comfortable with paperwork.  

Early morning starts are a pre-requisite of this role.  Due to the working hours you must be able to travel to work independent of public transport.  

Hours – Average 40-48 hours per week. Predominantly day work with early starts, although flexibility is required with working hours and days during busy periods e.g. during promotions and at Christmas.

Salary Dependent upon experience.

Overtime rate Paid after 40 hours.

Holidays 5.6 weeks per year rising as below.

Attendance Bonus Awarded after 2 years’ service increased after 5 years’ service (taken as cash or additional holiday).

Christmas Higher Earnings and additional payments.
